Caretaker of the Superman Museum from June 1964 to August 1967. When lightning strikes the museum's display of Legion of Super-Heroes statues, Meach is transformed into the Composite Superman, a villain possessing the combined powers of the entire Legion membership and dedicated to the humiliation and destruction of Superman and Batman.
